Bullrush

  Bullrush is a cool game for fitness in the morning and for rugby training. It's tiring most of the time but really fun when you play with your classmates. Bullrush is a high energy game for fit people because you have to be running one end to the other until everyone is tagged and it takes like 15 minutes. Also  Bulrush is good for your body because it keeps your blood pumping even your brain.
